JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proven experience with Nexthink Administration.
- Knowledge of power shell, SQL database queries
- Proficiency in queries and database logic.
- Experience with Nexthink integrations, particularly with Splunk.
- Work on daily operational tasks Documentation of the products, SOPs etc.
- Good understanding of monitoring fundamentals Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, Service-Now Hands on MS Office Suite usage Has knowledge of Windows Administration like basic Windows troubleshooting, understands and troubleshoots CPU, IO and utilization
- Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Understanding of the Nexthink data model.
- Intermediate knowledge of PC infrastructure (AD, network, etc.).
- Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow.
