As a CRM Solution Consultant , you will focus on implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to optimize client marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, thereby driving business performance enhancements, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Technology Transformation Leadership : Develop and execute transformation strategies for clients, optimizing digital capabilities to improve business efficiency.
- Salesforce CRM Expertise : Serve as a CRM solution consultant for Salesforce, with hands-on delivery experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Sales Cloud, and other related Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Configuration & Implementation :
- Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) architecture and landscape for detailed configurations and customizations.
- Apply your expertise in Salesforce Lightning and its various features, including Lightning Console, Live Agent, Mobile, Communities, Knowledge Management, and CTI.
- Client & Team Collaboration : Work closely with clients and implementation teams to conduct design sessions, gather and refine requirements, give demos to stakeholders, and guide solution design and implementation.
- Project Leadership : Lead or contribute to the project delivery workstream, overseeing project phases from design to implementation across multiple geographies.
- Salesforce Implementation & Enhancements : Manage extensive Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring the best practices in solution delivery and adherence to Salesforce standards.
- Strategy Development : Develop innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models that align with client business needs, helping clients optimize their marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
- Industry Expertise & Trends : Stay updated on industry trends, financials, and operating drivers across various sectors to inform decision-making and transformation strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills :
CRM and Salesforce Expertise :Relevant hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and other Salesforce solutions.Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning configuration and features, including Lightning Console, Live Agent, Mobile, Communities, Knowledge Management, Routing, and CTI.Sourcing & Procurement Expertise :Demonstrated experience in sourcing and procurement transformation, particularly in the implementation of digital solutions (e.g., Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer).Proven track record in managing large-scale sourcing and procurement projects, including intelligent procurement and strategic cost reduction.Consulting & Project Management :Strong consulting experience with the ability to lead mid-to-large sized teams on complex transformation projects.Experience in managing project lifecycles across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve business problems.Ability to think critically and strategically to design and implement innovative solutions.Communication Skills :Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams effectively.Adaptability & Fast-Paced Environments :Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities.Experience Requirements :
Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and consulting, especially with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud .Demonstrated expertise in procurement transformation , including the implementation of digital solutions such as Coupa , IVALUA , Zycus , Jaggaer , etc.Previous experience managing large-scale projects and leading teams on technology transformation initiatives.Skills Required
