Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and overseeing account management to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Have experience in Interior sales- compulsory
• Candidate with experience in lead generation, modular furniture sales, and a strong interior design background.
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in the interior design or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
