Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Teamcenter Administrator with over 10 years of experience in managing, upgrading, and integrating Siemens Teamcenter environments.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Linux systems, Teamcenter architecture, eQube, TcRA, and a wide range of PLM components.

The ideal candidate will be capable of leading teams, managing client relationships independently, and implementing AI Ops strategies for proactive monitoring and automation.

A strong understanding of security infrastructure, including Siteminder, FMS, firewall settings, and related services, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute Teamcenter upgrades and environment migrations across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Administer and maintain Teamcenter PLM environments on Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Install, configure, and manage eQube and TcRA, including UI components and reporting dashboards.
  • Configure and maintain Teamcenter Dispatcher framework on both Windows and Linux.
  • Install and manage JBoss / Wildfly application servers.
  • Design, deploy, and manage BMIDE configurations, templates, and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows, handlers, and process templates.
  • Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD (NX), and other enterprise systems using TcIC.
  • Perform database administration (Oracle, SQL Server), including performance tuning, backups, and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and system logs.
  • Implement and adapt AI Ops strategies for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
  • Lead and mentor PLM support teams, manage task assignments, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Act as a client-facing lead, managing expectations, providing expert guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.

Technical Expertise Required :

Core Platforms & Tools :

  • Siemens Teamcenter (Architecture, Upgrades, BMIDE, Workflows).
  • eQube and TcRA (Installation, UI, Reporting).
  • TcIC with NX and CAD integrations.
  • JBoss / Wildfly Application Servers.
  • Oracle / SQL Server Databases.

    • Infrastructure & Security :

  • Siteminder (SSO and non-SSO environments).
  • Firewall configuration, FMS, FSC pool management.
  • SOLR, AWC, Indexer, Dispatcher.
  • ODS, IDSM, Daemons.
  • Action Manager, Schedule Manager, Subscription Manager, Task Monitor.
  • Workflow Remote, Read Expression, Management Ops & Automation :
  • Implementation of AI Ops tools and practices for monitoring, alerting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk ITSI, Moogsoft, or similar.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter administration and enterprise PLM support.
  • Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven experience with Teamcenter upgrades and architecture-level issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with eQube, TcRA, and Teamcenter integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with TcIC and NX CAD integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with full Qualifications :
  • Siemens Teamcenter certification(s).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and scripting (Shell, Python).
  • Exposure to AI Ops platforms and automation frameworks.
