š¹ Role : ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant
š¹ Location : Remote (India Only)
š¹ Experience : 5+ years in ServiceNow with strong hands-on experience in HAM Pro module
š¼ Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HAM Pro
- Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
- Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, and ITAM
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process optimization
- Build reports and dashboards for asset tracking and audits
