Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage daily administration of user access and roles through Operators, Access Groups, and Roles. Configure and maintain case types, properties, flows, validation rules, and decision logic. Support routing, approvals, and workflow automation using Pegas rule-based architecture.
- Maintain the security of Pega through internal Pega settings, activity audits, sharing rules, permission sets, roles, profiles, etc.
- Utilize Pega RULES Process Commander to adjust visual modeling and rule configuration.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for users at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain and improve data integrity (i.e. monitor exception reports, merge records, de-dupe records.
- Create and maintain documentation of technical issues, training, and any modifications to Pega.
- Import and export rules.
- Participate in QA testing of internal Pega projects.
- Assist with Pega related applications such as Salesforce.
- Other Pega related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and / or Training :
Bachelors degree is preferred.Knowledge of Pega, PRPC, Salesforce, and APIs is preferred.Relevant Work Experience :
IT Help Desk familiarityAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Java is preferred but not required.Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge :
Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure is requiredCommunicating & Influencing Skills :
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to listen to requests and provide input on how that change will affect (positively or negatively) other aspects of Salesforce and provide alternatives if necessary.
