About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with B2B or B2C lead generation campaigns, marketing automation tools, and data-driven optimization to achieve measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, etc.).
- Manage paid media campaigns to generate high-quality leads with a strong focus on ROI.
- Build and maintain landing pages , forms, and funnels that convert visitors into leads.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals .
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics , including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.
- Perform A / B testing and continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends , tools, and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing .Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, or similar).Experience with email marketing, remarketing, and conversion optimization .Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills .Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.Creative thinker who can develop innovative lead generation strategies.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint .Experience in B2B SaaS, IT, or digital service industries .Familiarity with content marketing and inbound lead generation strategies .KPIs / Success Metrics
