Java / Node.js Lead - Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

The Role :

Seeking a seasoned Tech Owner (Java / NodeJS) with a strong background in Core Java / NodeJS, AWS, and Performance Engineering to work on critical banking modules. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and active ownership of APIs and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Technical SME for the assigned EPIC and drive solution discussions
• Review and approve designs and user stories with a focus on performance, security, and NFRs
• Lead technical conversations with OBP, product processors, and interfacing platforms
• Drive service discovery, troubleshooting, and clarification of technical blockers
• Work alongside squads, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering Managers on overall solutioning
• Track and resolve technical impediments, and coordinate across pods and teams
• Ensure accurate API documentation and maintain knowledge repositories
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to program managers where required
