Network Management Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a CCTV & Network Management Engineer to oversee and manage surveillance infrastructure. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in CCTV systems and related network components.

Requirements

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches, VMS applications, Windows servers, and workstations.

Monitor CCTV performance, ensure uptime, and resolve day-to-day issues.

Handle support calls related to connectivity, configuration, and system stability.

Maintain and update asset inventory for CCTV and related devices.

Coordinate with vendors for escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Generate daily / weekly reports on system health, incidents, and asset utilization.

Strong knowledge of CCTV devices; formal degree is not mandatory, but practical knowledge is essential.

CCNA-level hands-on experience (preferred).

Hands-on experience with CCTV surveillance systems and VMS platforms.

Knowledge of switches, Windows servers, and workstation environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on-site.

Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams & vendors.
