Job Title : Project Manager (Smartsheet Specialist)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage client communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on Smartsheet expertise and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies.Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, reports, automations, and portfolio views.Drive stand-ups, weekly reviews, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates.Coordinate design, engineering, and QA to ensure on-time, quality delivery.Track risks / changes, manage priorities, and keep documentation up to date.Define and improve lightweight processes for repeatable delivery.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in project / program management (IT / digital / product).Strong, demonstrable Smartsheet skills (Grid, Gantt, Card / Kanban, Forms, Automation, Dashboards, Reports, Control Centre or equivalent portfolio setup).Familiar with Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Trello and general PM tooling.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation.Experience leading distributed teams and vendor / contractor coordination.Ability to work overlapping Canadian time zone hours.Good to Have
PMP / CSM / Agile certifications.International client experience.Understanding of SDLC, release management, and basic QA practices.Compensation
