As working in the Pre-Sales department, you will collaborate closely with our team to assist throughout the sales process starting from identifying leads, to finalizing successful deals.
This internship will give you significant hands-on experience in analyzing customer needs, generating attractive proposals, and cultivating relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new accounts.
- Manage and nurture the entire sales cycle for a portfolio of key accounts, negotiating contracts and finalizing high-value deals.
- Conduct in-depth market and client analysis to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.
- Lead the creation and delivery of sophisticated, value-based proposals and presentations to Top Management and Decision makers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted advisor relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize CRM software to meticulously manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and report on performance Any Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales role in ed-tech, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- A proven track record and an established network of contacts within the Schools and college education space.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring or guiding team members.
- Highly strategic and analytical, with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software usage and the Microsoft Office Gain practical experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment in the technology sector.
