Job Description

Abstract – We are looking for a Jr. Support Executive that oversees providing effective support for products developed in our organization. They are responsible for support and training of new customers with effective planning and execution followed by continuous assistance and maintenance of the customer documentation.

Skills – Technical skills - XML, XSD etc.

Other skills - Structured, Analytic, Diagnosing, Basic scripting, programming and coding knowledge, Customer handling, MS Office, Interpersonal skills, communication skills in English, Knowledge-based systems

Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Responsible for good customer handling activities like support and maintain customer documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving on Customers’ requests via our ticket system and / or mail / chat.
  • Update our internal databases / tools with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with product team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Flexible approach – and focus on finding solutions to problems
  • Good structured
  • Experience as a Product / Software / Customer Support Specialist role
  • Familiarity with IT / Software industry is a plus – especially accounting or ERP systems
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough customer cases
  • Possess technical skills -  XML, XSD etc.
  • BSC / BE(IT / EC / CE) / BCA, MCA, BCOM, MCOM degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant diploma
