Job descriptionPlan and execute campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Create social media creatives, landing pages, and performance visuals Optimize campaigns, track metrics, and improve engagement Help build brand identity, tone, and consistency across all channels 1–3 years of experience in UI / UX design and / or digital marketing Strong skills in Figma / Adobe XD / Canva / Photoshop Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics Creative thinker who understands both design and data Interest in fintech, startups, or software products Bonus : experience with motion graphics or video editing
📍 Location : Noida | 💼 Full-time, On-site
We’re looking for a creative all-rounder — someone who loves designing beautiful interfaces and telling great stories around them.
If you enjoy both designing fintech dashboards and running digital campaigns that bring users to them — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
🎨 UI / UX Design
- Design clean, modern user interfaces for web and mobile apps (Figma preferred)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to turn designs into smooth, responsive experiences
- Improve user journeys through research, feedback, and testing
