Role Objective
To spearhead the strategic expansion and operational excellence of CVL’s core services
including KRA, CKYC, Aadhaar eKYC / e-sign, RTA, PMJJBY, and other offerings. The
SVP–Operations will ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks, drive business
growth, and establish CVL as a leading player in digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development :
Lead strategy formulation and implementation for scaling CVL’s offerings across key
verticals such as KRA, CKYC, eKYC / e-sign, and regulatory services.
Project Leadership :
Oversee end-to-end project management—including planning, execution, monitoring,
and closure—with emphasis on delivery excellence and innovation.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance :
Ensure full compliance with SEBI KRA regulations, CKYC norms, SEBI RTA
regulations, UIDAI and CCA regulations, PMLA / AML guidelines, and prevailing
data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Business Growth & Partnerships :
Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client
relationships, and building strategic partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
Market Intelligence & Adaptation :
Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor movements, and pivot strategies
proactively to maintain CVL’s competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as the CVL spokesperson in committees, forums, and meetings. Deliver insightful
MIS and compliance updates to strengthen the broader ecosystem.
Escalation Management :
Resolve complex and non-routine escalations from intermediaries, investors,
corporates, judicial authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Performance Analytics :
Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as KYC turnaround time, e-sign adoption
metrics, and digital documentation throughput; present operational insights to
executive leadership.
Job Specifications
Education :
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a
reputed institution.
Experience :
Minimum 20 years of proven experience in operations, business strategy, project
management, or related domains in securities markets. Prior leadership in regulated
environments preferred.
