Construction Project Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur / Pushkar for a Construction & Interior Project Manager at Samskara Resorts. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction and interior projects, including project planning, coordination, execution, and completion within budgets and deadlines. The Project Manager will collaborate with contractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to project objectives. They will manage budgets, address challenges, and provide solutions to maintain progress and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Strong skills in Construction Management, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively on-site
• Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
