Location : Vadodara (On-site only – Vadodara-based candidates preferred)

The Role :

We’re on the lookout for a go-getter HR Recruiter who can handle hiring for everything — from store staff to production teams to mid- and senior-level roles. If you love connecting people with the right opportunities and want to be part of a legacy brand with startup energy, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Own the full recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding.
  • Recruit across verticals : Retail, Production, Admin, and Corporate.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current & future roles.
  • Keep the hiring process smooth, fast & people-friendly.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

You Should Have :

  • Experience in recruitment (bonus points if from FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Sourcing ninja skills — from portals to LinkedIn to good ol’ referrals.
  • Strong people skills — you’re approachable, organized, and persistent.
  • The ability to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool.
  • A degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.

  • This is an on-site role — work from our Vadodara head office.
  • We’re only considering candidates based in or around Vadodara at this time.
