Job Title : Executive Assistant to CXO - Real Estate
Salary : Upto 20 LPA basis last drawn
Day Shift : 10 a.m. to 7 p.m
- _5 days working with Saturday and Sunday Fixed Weekoff_
- _Roles & Responsibilities_
1. Calendar & Schedule Management :
Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.Prioritize and coordinate daily schedules to ensure optimal time management.2. Communication Handling :
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.Draft and format professional communication, memos, and presentations3. Meeting Support :
Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and record minutes for executive meetings.Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion4. Travel and Logistics :
