Description
We are seeking a motivated Engineer Technical Support to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support and will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the development and testing of new products and features based on customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficient in technical writing and documentation.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.Education
