Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role based in Bengaluru. The COO will oversee the company’s fabrication and structural steel operations, with responsibilities that include developing and executing business plans, optimizing operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the organization’s goals align with its strategic objectives.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills with a solid foundation in Finance
• Experience in Budgeting and Financial Oversight
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to implement processes effectively
• Background in fabrication and structural steel operations is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
