Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience : 2–4 Years in Design (Agency Experience Preferred)

About the Role

Madchatter is looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into bold, aesthetic, and meaningful visuals.

You’ll be the creative force behind our brand and client communication — crafting designs that elevate campaigns, social media, and PR narratives across real estate, fintech, corporate, and tech sectors. If you thrive on turning concepts into visual stories that connect and convert, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creatives for social media, websites, and PR campaigns.
  • Create visual assets such as infographics, pitch decks, reports, and event collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the content, strategy, and PR teams to bring stories to life visually.
  • Maintain visual consistency across brands while adapting to each client’s tone.
  • Deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment.
  • Stay on top of design trends and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or brand side).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to balance creativity with clarity — design with strategy in mind.
  • A portfolio that reflects originality, versatility, and executional excellence.
  • Team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
