Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Copywriter who also has hands-on marketing skills and prior content writing experience. You will create high-impact copy for paid campaigns (Meta / Instagram, Google), conversion-focused landing pages and emails, and value-driven organic content (blogs, social posts) to grow our audience and conversion metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads that aligns with campaign objectives.
- Produce long-form content and social posts (blogs, Instagram carousels, newsletters) that build brand authority and organic engagement.
- Draft email sequences, landing page copy, and CTAs that convert.
- Collaborate with performance, design, and product teams to craft messaging for both paid and organic channels.
- Plan and execute content calendars that integrate organic content and paid campaigns.
- Run lightweight copy tests (A / B variants), measure results, and iterate based on metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS).
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of professional experience combining content writing and copywriting (agency, brand, or startup).Demonstrable experience writing ad copy for Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and creating content for social media.Strong command of English; Hindi skills a plus.Familiarity with social media analytics (Meta Business Suite / Insights), and basic understanding of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).Hands-on experience with Google Docs / Sheets; basic knowledge of simple content tools (Canva, Grammarly) recommended.Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) for ideation & drafts — ability to edit and make copy human and persuasive. (AI skills increasingly valuable in content roles.)Remote work discipline, ability to meet deadlines and work cross-functionally.Nice to Have
Prior experience writing for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.Email marketing experience (automation platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).Portfolio with ad copies + content samples.
