Will be working as a lead designer for structured cabling systems for largecampuses, data centres for global customers requiring high degree of accuracy,
speed, standards compliance with solid technical acumen
Designing of Structured Cabling Solutions, Raceways, Elevations, FiberRunners / Wiremesh, Floor Drawings, Data Centers and Backbones using
Visio / ACAD / BIM / 3D CAD software
Create designs / BoQs (Bill of Quantity) for data centers / large office campusesusing Autocad / Visio / Excel / Powerpoint from the given architectural layouts / customer
design briefs with compliance to global standards
Will be responsible for presales solutions, customer interactions in person, webmeetings, on-site for design discussions, queries, compliances and validation
Preparation of end-to-end Bill of Material according to the agreed design,understanding, analysing customers RFP briefs / designs, drawings and creating queries
on multiple brands-based solutions
○ CommScope, Panduit, Corning, APC, Rittal, Siemon, Vertiv for Cabling
○ Racks, PDUs, Fiber Guides, Wire Baskets, Raceways
Will be responsible for presales activities, meeting customers, making presentations,audio / video calls
Deep interlock with marketing, commercial, project teams for proper & accurate designsMust be certified in designs from OEMs / BICSI and have worked on consultants'drawings
Should have knowledge of BIM / LOD - 3D modeling and trends thereofMay lead a team of Draftsmen / Design Engineers on project basisTravel :
Be willing to travel across India on short notice to meet the customers and check designimplementation / deviations / QC the on-site implementations
