Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling) – HVAC Process | Work From Home📍 Location : Mohali (Remote – Work From Home) 🕕 Shift : US Shift (6 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST) 📅 Working Days : 6 Days (Including Saturdays) 💰 Compensation : ₹20,000 / month (Fixed) + ₹500 per successful appointment (Fixed pay structure – non-negotiable)About the RoleWe’re hiring enthusiastic and customer-driven professionals for our HVAC Call Center Process. This work-from-home role involves outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and promoting membership plans for US-based customers. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping customers while working independently, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.Promote membership plans and special offers in a professional manner.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and record accurate feedback.Maintain and update customer data, call outcomes, and appointment details in CRM tools.Follow scripts, adhere to process standards, and maintain high-quality interactions.Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation : Graduate or above.Experience : 1–2 years in outbound calling, customer service, or telesales preferred.
