Core Goal : Owns the meetings target for Mid-Market + Enterprise. Responsible for building and scaling multi-channel demand gen programs that drive a qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall demand generation strategy and execution across inbound, outbound, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Lead SDR team and ensure outbound messaging + cadence efficiency.
- Scale inbound via SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and webinars.
- Partner with Content and ABM teams to deliver campaign assets that convert.
- Set, track, and report on pipeline contribution goals (MQL → SQL → Meeting).
- Constantly optimize campaigns with a data-driven approach to improve conversion rates and ROI.
