Our client, a consulting led AI-services company is hiring a consulting-focused Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of business process transformation projects. The role requires a techno-functional leader with 812 years of experience managing business process transformation programs, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Strategy Transformation Director to ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes, on time and within budget.

Profile of a successful candidate :

• Experience : 8 - 12 years of professional experience managing techno-functional projects focused on business process transformation and digital initiatives. Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or in-house transformation programs preferred.
• Education : Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent) or strong technical undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM / PSM) or equivalent are desirable.
• Technical skills : Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale digital and AI / ML based transformation projects; Strong understanding of business process mapping, process re-engineering, and operationalization of new business models. Comfortable with project tools and practices (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Domain skills : Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceuticals is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Consulting and leadership skills : Proven ability to work with senior business leaders to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions. Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
