Job Description -

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics Practice Presales / Solutions Architect to lead presales activities, solution design, and capability building for our Microsoft Dynamics practice. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing proposals, crafting innovative solutions, and fostering strong relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Presales Leadership :
  • Own and manage the presales process for MS Dynamics opportunities across CRM, ERP, and related modules.
  • Respond to RFPs / RFIs with high-quality proposals and solution documents.
  • Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to articulate value propositions.
  • Solution Architecture :
  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging MS Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to execution.
  • Capability Building :
  • Develop and enhance internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for MS Dynamics.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and leverage co-selling opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership :
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and Microsoft events.
  • Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and case studies showcasing expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / ERP) with strong presales and solutioning background.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale proposals and solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure integration, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
