Location : Bengaluru / Remote (India)

Type : Full-time

Experience : 6 – 9 years

Compensation : ₹18 – 25 LPA

About the Role

Lead the architecture and development of our hospitality communication and operations platforms ( HotLync & InfraLync) powering 900+ hotels globally. You’ll build scalable microservices, real-time voice integrations, and lead a team of backend and frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Node.js + PHP (Laravel) services for cloud and on-prem integration
  • Design and maintain real-time systems using WebSocket / Socket.IO
  • Integrate Asterisk ARI / SIP / VoIP APIs for our call-centre module
  • Guide React Native web + mobile teams in component structure and performance
  • Implement secure, optimized REST / WebSocket APIs (JWT, Redis, rate-limiters)
  • Drive CI / CD and cloud infrastructure on AWS

Requirements

  • 6+ yrs in Node.js and / or PHP (Laravel) backend
  • Strong knowledge of WebSocket, Redis, MySQL, and API design
  • Hands-on experience integrating voice systems (Asterisk, FreePBX or Twilio)
  • Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant or high-availability systems
  • AWS / Docker / Linux proficiency
