Montessori Teacher – Pre-Primary
Location : BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya)
BDW International School is seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori educators to join our dynamic learning community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Montessori-based curriculum for children aged 3–6 years
- Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and an engaging, child-friendly classroom environment
- Observe each child’s development, maintain accurate records, and provide individualized support
- Support independence and self-directed learning based on Montessori principles
- Work closely with co-teachers / assistants to ensure smooth daily routines
- Collaborate with parents by sharing progress updates, Montessori philosophy, and classroom practices
