Finsmart Accounting is a leading offshore accounting firm supporting 300+ clients globally — including CPA firms, accounting practices, and international corporates across the USA, UK, EU, and India. Our specialized “Accounting Seat” model helps businesses solve talent and capacity challenges with dedicated offshore teams.

About the Role

With a team of 150+ and growing, we are looking for energetic and confident Sales Development Representatives to help us connect with prospective clients in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.
• Introduce Finsmart’s offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls / appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.
• Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where required.
• Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily / weekly reports of progress.
• Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn ads
