We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet budget goals
- Establish and nurture new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts through well-executed action plans
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to promote our products / services and generate leads
- Convert sales leads into closed deals by following established parameters and utilizing persuasive selling techniques
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends communicating tactical changes to management
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build the companys profile in the marketplace
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities leads and customer interactions in the companys CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products / services to clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within a corporate environmentStrong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategiesProficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentationsStrong negotiation and closing skillsDetail-oriented approach to managing accounts and sales pipelinesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent time management and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry eventsBachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred (but not required)Remote Work : No
