Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet budget goals
  • Establish and nurture new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts through well-executed action plans
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to promote our products / services and generate leads
  • Convert sales leads into closed deals by following established parameters and utilizing persuasive selling techniques
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends communicating tactical changes to management
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build the companys profile in the marketplace
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities leads and customer interactions in the companys CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products / services to clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and sales pipelines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred (but not required)
