Main Responsibilities :

1. Preparation and finalization of financial statements

2. Audits, controls, and compliances with regards to legal entities

3. Monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization)

4. Monthly MIS & Reportings

5. Budgetary planning & controls

6. Cash Flow & Banking system management including Bank payments

7. Coordination and support of multiple teams and stakeholders

8. Support in preparation of consolidated financial statement of the Group

9. Team Management and development

10. Support on Process excellence, ERP & Automations

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Chartered Accountant with 9 to 12 years of experience post qualification in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.

2. Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale, working in technology enabled space is a plus.

3. Ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.

4. Working alongside Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts / statutory audits.

5. Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).

6. Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox), Experience of automation & transition of processes will be an added plus.
