We are expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performing Learning & Growth Consultant to drive both B2B corporate training sales and B2C professional enrollments .
About the Role
This is not a typical education sales job — it’s a fast-paced, results-oriented role for someone who knows how to close. You’ll work with L&D and HR leaders worldwide , sell AI & Data certification exams , and engage individual professionals looking to transform their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage new corporate training accounts globally.
Sell AI and Data certification exams , executive learning , and mentorship programs to B2B and B2C clients.
Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and consultative selling.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across regions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years’ proven experience in corporate training, EdTech, or executive learning sales .
Demonstrated success in B2B account acquisition and B2C conversions .
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly driven, self-motivated, and relentless in achieving results.
