Position : Cloud Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Cloud Support Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure , including Unix / Linux-based operating systems, commands, and utilities.
• Experience with multiple AWS services such as :
• IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, Load Balancing, Security, Monitoring & Audit
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.
• General troubleshooting and debugging of AWS-based applications.
• Experience in large enterprise infrastructure support environments :
• Observing patterns, performing root cause analysis, and suggesting resolutions.
• Good communication skills :
• Ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of issues to development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python .
