Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners and distributors.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard new partners.
- Drive partner engagement, enablement, and performance.
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, and support) to align on partner strategies.
- Set and track partner revenue targets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and define improvement plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs.
- Collaborate on co-marketing and co-selling activities with partners.
- Ensure partner compliance with policies, programs, and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).5+ years of experience in channel / account management, preferably in [industry – e.g., IT / SaaS / Telecom].Proven track record of building and managing high-value partner relationships.Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Understanding of partner incentives, deal registration, and channel programs.Prior experience in international channel management (if applicable).Technical acumen or familiarity with the product / service being sold.Skills Required
