Summary : As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, while fostering a collaborative environment among team members to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. - Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with risk management practices and tools. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
