About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Recruiter to support hiring for our clients across the Americas region. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, knowledgeable about the sales talent landscape, and skilled in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Recruitment :
- Own and manage end-to-end recruiting across North America and LATAM.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, establish selection criteria, and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and final selection.
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development :
Build and maintain deep pipelines of sales talent for roles such as Account Executives, SDRs / BDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Sales Leadership.Use advanced sourcing strategies including outbound prospecting, networking, social channels, events, and referrals.Engage passive candidates and communicate value propositions aligned to role and market.Manage expectations, timelines, and communication across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Candidate Experience & Employer Branding :
Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.Represent the company brand professionally at career events and industry networking opportunities.Champion inclusive hiring strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools.Process Excellence & Reporting :
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data using the company’s ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Oorwin, etc).Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, and quality of hire.Continuously assess and optimize recruitment processes to drive efficiency and scalability.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales or GTM roles.Proven success recruiting in the Americas region (U.S., Canada, and / or LATAM).Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly for passive sales candidates.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.What We Offer :
