Manage & deliver 2-3 small to medium size projects simultaneously Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID

Log, cost plan, implementation plan. Close monitoring & control of project progress and updating of the required metrices in timely manner. Drive end to

end project starting from inception to project closure. Reporting to senior stakholders Manage & drive Agile Sprint ceremonies, understanding of SAFe

Negotiate, coach and mentor team as and when required during the project Lifecyle Reporting of project status / risk & issues in timely & business-friendly

language Keep all the process related documents updated as per the organization guidelines Qualification : Requirements 8-12 years of experience in IT

with 5+ years in project management. Should have solid understanding on SDLC & SAFe Project management methodologies Sound knowledge on the

RnR of scrum master and working experience of the same. Hands on experience on project management, Direct oversight, management and accounting.

Minimum 18+ years of experience in IT industry and around 4 to 6 years experience in Project and Programme Management Strong handson experience on React Native .NET Full stack technologies. Experience in managing mobile applications both on android and ios using React Native, .NET API full stack technical streams Responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme Prior experience working on Banking and Financial Domain preferable investment banking, retail banking and capital markets Programme Manager will lead a project team often comprising of members from across the Global Business / Global Functions to achieve the defined business goal. Where projects are large and complex enough IT Programme Manager will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders and partners, ranging from Engineers, to Senior Executives and external Third Parties. IT Programme Manager will lead and support projects of a medium to large scale and / or manage one or more project workstreams (sub projects) with some level of complexity and scope. He / She will be responsible for oversite of budgets, risks and over all schedule of various projects within the program. Experience in executing projects in Agile / Scrum is desirable Experience in working closely with onsite Management and customer team. Expereience in Microsoft project and JIRA tools
