Responsibilities
- Support / maintain multiple multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business
- Provision / execute PKI changes
- Issuance of new, renewal of existing, and retire / revocation of legacy x509 certificates used across network infrastructure
- Provision / execute WAF policies and exceptions
- Audit and adherence to existing standards in use across load balancer and CDN infrastructure
- Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures
- Understand and follow operational policies / procedures and promote adherence to same
- Provide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure
- Document new and existing workflows to ensure accuracy of work and maintain existing standards
- Collaborate and work closely with Cybersecurity, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams

2+ years of experience working with load balancers2+ years of experience working with layer3 route / switch platformsWorking knowledge of web application firewallsWorking knowledge of web application protocolsWorking knowledge of TCP / IP with OSPF and BGP routingWorking knowledge of NAT, route maps / ACLs, and routing policiesWorking knowledge of PKI, x509, and certificate management / orchestration toolsAutomation / Orchestration and scripting experienceAbility to multitask and work independently on multiple projectsAbility to differentiate between a critical business impacting incident and a minor problem and resolve / escalate accordinglyB.S. in CS / IT or equivalent relative experienceDesirable Knowledge And Experience
