Analyst, Network Engineering

Job Purpose

The ICE Network Analyst can multitask in a dynamic team-based environment demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and the highest degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support / maintain multiple multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business
• Provision / execute PKI changes
• Issuance of new, renewal of existing, and retire / revocation of legacy x509 certificates used across network infrastructure
• Provision / execute WAF policies and exceptions
• Audit and adherence to existing standards in use across load balancer and CDN infrastructure
• Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures
• Understand and follow operational policies / procedures and promote adherence to same
• Provide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure
• Document new and existing workflows to ensure accuracy of work and maintain existing standards
• Collaborate and work closely with Cybersecurity, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams
