Senior Lead Engineer – Full Stack (React / Java)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, React , and cloud-native architectures . This role will play a key part in driving the technical direction for our modern eCommerce platform, helping to shape system architecture, streamline distributed workflows, and lead the development of robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver highly responsive, secure, and maintainable applications. We’re seeking someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on — someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve hard problems, while also influencing long-term platform decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Provide technical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the engineering team.
• Drive the development, execution, and alignment of software strategies with business goals.
• Inspire innovation by introducing and fostering adoption of new tools, technologies, and approaches.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security, and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, leveraging Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Define and implement architecture patterns for distributed systems, focusing on scalability, resiliency, and long-term maintainability.
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations using messaging platforms such as Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub .
• Partner with Product and UX teams to transform requirements into robust, user-centered technical solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews , CI / CD practices , automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide engineers, cultivating a culture of technical growth, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and capacity planning to shape the platform’s evolution.
