Key Responsibilities :

• OEM & Vendor Management
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners across all factories.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with OEM vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance on quality, cost, compliance, and delivery.
• Production & Supply Chain Oversight
• Align factory production schedules with business requirements and sales forecasts.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods across categories .
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth flow of raw materials and finished products.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Monitor product quality across all factories and take corrective measures where needed.
• Coordinate regular audits and inspections at OEM sites.
• Cost & Efficiency Management
• Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
• Implement efficiency improvement programs at factories.
• Track budgets, cost-saving opportunities, and ROI.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Provide regular reports on OEM performance, production status, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D – for product updates, launches, and demand alignment.
• Escalate and resolve critical operational bottlenecks.
