Adobe Campaign Classic Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development and Execution:
• Design and develop personalized, multi
• channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Build and optimize delivery workflows, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Configure recurring and trigger
• based campaigns.
• Template and Workflow Development:
• Develop dynamic and responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like JavaScript and Velocity.
• Create and optimize campaign workflows, data workflows, and complex processes in Adobe Campaign.

• Integrate Adobe Campaign with other tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, CRMs like Salesforce, or analytics platforms).
• Set up and manage external data sources, schemas, and data loading processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs, databases, and third
• party systems.
• Testing and Troubleshooting:
• Perform end to end campaign testing, QA, and troubleshooting for email delivery, workflows, and data.
• Analyze and debug issues related to campaign execution and platform performance.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Generate and analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations like GDPR.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Hands on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (minimum 2-4 years).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and other Adobe products (AEM, Analytics, Target) is a plus.

Data Handling:

• Strong knowledge of database concepts, data schemas, and segmentation strategies.
