Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for controlling manpower station wise / Change station skill wise
• Maintain Resources Jigs / Fixture / Machine
• Station wise rework and rejection monitoring
• Input v / s output result
• Training to operator and team leader
• Prod. Plan V / s Actual for responsible area
• Rejection and rework Std / V / S Actual
• No. of times line stop because of WIP shortage
• Move manpower from one station to another area after 4M document fill.
