📢 Hiring : Senior Sales Executive – Unitech Concrete (RMC Division)

Location : Kolkata & Surrounding Areas

Unitech Concrete, a leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) company in Kolkata, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities :

Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the RMC sector.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent market growth.
Coordinate with plant, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Represent Unitech Concrete with professionalism in all client interactions.

🎓 Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.Tech in Civil Engineering or BBA ).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the RMC market around Kolkata .

Strong networking skills and deep understanding of the local construction ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field sales operations across Kolkata.
