We’re Hiring : Senior Manager – Sales @ NxtWave

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion and revenue growth. You’ll manage a team of Associate SMs, BDMs, ABDMs, and Counsellors, driving performance, optimizing funnels, and scaling NxtWave’s reach across new territories.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention)
  • Drive revenue forecasting, funnel optimization, and territory planning
  • Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performance
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute growth plans
  • Ensure operational excellence and top-tier learner experience

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–6 years of proven Sales Leadership experience (EdTech / High-ticket B2C preferred)
  • Strong track record of managing multi-layered sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with deep funnel management expertise
  • Excellent communication in English + one regional language (Malayalam / Odia / Hindi / Bengali / Gujarati)
