About the Role
Looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive the complete sales cycle for our enterprise communication solutions — WhatsApp Business API, Cloud PBX, Contact Center Solutions, RCS Messaging, and Bulk SMS Services.
The role involves managing everything from lead generation to closure, including demos, onboarding coordination, and client handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across SMB and enterprise accounts.
Sales Cycle Management
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions.
Deliver engaging product demos showcasing WhatsApp Business API, Cloud PBX, and other offerings.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Client Onboarding & Support
Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams for smooth activation and client experience.
Ensure documentation, KYC, and handover are completed efficiently.
Build long-term relationships for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline status, and activity logs in the CRM.
Submit weekly performance and revenue reports to management.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of inside sales experience in SaaS, telecom, C PaaS, or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, Cloud PBX, VoIP, RCS, or Bulk SMS solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and close deals independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho)
