Job Title : Senior Designer (Corporate Design, Video Editing & AI Tools Expertise)

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience : 3–6 years

As we move toward our IPO, we are building a high-performance creative and technology-driven team to accelerate our AI product initiatives and drive marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create corporate-level designs for presentations, marketing materials, pitch decks, brand assets, and internal / external communications.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content across digital, social, and corporate platforms.
  • Edit and produce professional videos for campaigns, corporate communication, and social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate design workflows, enhance creativity, and generate innovative visual concepts.
  • Design for a range of formats—static, motion, and video—aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
  • Optimize video content for YouTube and other platforms, incorporating YouTube SEO best practices for visibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on corporate design trends , AI-based design advancements, and emerging video editing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate design or creative teams (preferably from agencies, tech firms, or enterprise-level organizations).
  • Proven experience as a Designer / Video Editor with a strong understanding of brand-driven corporate visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Adobe Acrobat is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, Kaiber, Pika Labs, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design, video editing, and digital campaigns .
  • Working knowledge of YouTube SEO , keyword optimization, and video metadata best practices.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.
