Job Description – Assistant Manager (Training)

Department : Training / L&D

Location : Mumbai

Reports To : Manager – Training

Travel : Required (kitchen visits & on-site training)

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Training will support the end-to-end training function by developing training content, checklists, and PPTs, delivering training sessions, and conducting field / kitchen visits to ensure operational and hygiene standards. The role focuses on building team capability and maintaining consistent service quality.

• Create and update training manuals, SOPs, checklists, assessments, and job aids.
• Develop PPTs and visual training materials aligned with brand standards.
