We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Sustainability Manager to lead the development and execution of our sustainability strategy. This role involves managing environmental initiatives, setting measurable goals, ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations, and driving continuous improvement in energy use, waste management, emissions reduction, and social responsibility.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable development, has strong knowledge of ESG principles, and can influence internal and external stakeholders toward more responsible business practices.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead initiatives related to carbon footprint reduction, waste minimization, energy efficiency, water conservation, and circular economy practices.
• Collect and analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data for annual reporting (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD), and ensure compliance with local and international sustainability regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, supply chain, HR, legal) and external partners to drive sustainability initiatives.
• Promote sustainable sourcing and ethical supplier practices through audits, assessments, and sustainability scorecards.
• Educate employees and stakeholders on sustainability goals, achievements, and best practices through training programs and internal communication.
• Manage certifications and standards such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), LEED, B Corp, or equivalent sustainability accreditations.
• Develop sustainability budgets, track performance metrics (e.g., CO₂ emissions, energy usage, waste diverted), and report ROI of green initiatives.
• Identify environmental and sustainability risks and propose mitigation plans to support long-term organizational resilience.
