Job description

As a Founding Engineer , you won’t just write code — you will help craft the product, architecture, engineering culture, and velocity .

You will :

  • Build full-stack features end-to-end for our AI hiring platform.
  • Work with LLMs, agentic systems, and voice / speech models to create magical user experiences.
  • Architect scalable systems on AWS and own reliability + performance.
  • Move fast : prototype → iterate → ship → improve.
  • Work closely with founders on product roadmap, tech decisions, and GTM experiments.
  • Set the code quality & engineering standards for the team.

🎯 Who We Want

  • 2–3 years of solid experience in full-stack engineering .
  • Hands-on with React, TypeScript, Node.js , and either FastAPI or similar frameworks .
  • Curiosity and prior work with LLMs, automation, or AI tools (agentic is a plus).
  • Strong builder mentality — comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one execution.
  • Ex-founders / ex-side-project builders / startup hackers get first preference.
  • Someone who wants to build, not “just work”.
