Role Overview : Manager Programmes

As the Manager Programmes, you&aposre not just taking a job; you&aposre answering a calling. You&aposll oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement & oversee diverse projects with specialized teams
• Ensure successful achievement of project targets
• Prepare and submit activity reports to trustees and donors
• Forge and maintain partnerships for collaborative success
• Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation
• Build a volunteer -mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects
• Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions

2. Food for Education : Serving freshly cooked meals to 2,000 school children daily across 18 low-income schools in Mumbai from our own kitchen

3. Mission Million Books : Distributed over 1 million educational books to more than 5,000 schools and colleges across India & training to school children in financial literacy, insurance & climate change

4. Vision 1 Million : In collaboration with Essilorluxotica Vision Foundation, we manufacture and donate high-quality prescription eyeglasses, benefiting countless school children in Maharashtra.Half a million students screened and 1 million to screen over next 3 years
